Job Summary

e are seeking a dedicated Account Manager with more than 3 years of experience to manage and grow our client accounts. The ideal candidate should have exceptional relationship-building skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to drive account growth and retention. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
  2. Develop and execute account plans, outlining strategies for growth and retention.
  3. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth.
  4. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services to clients.
  5. Proactively engage with clients, address their concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to align efforts and provide a seamless experience for clients.
  7. Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  8. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities that may impact client accounts.
  9. Achieve revenues from certain accounts

 

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
  2. 5 years of experience and proven experience in account management, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts.
  3. Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
  4. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  5. Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to proactively engage with clients and deliver exceptional service.
