Chief of Staff

About the position

As Chief of Staff, you will report directly to our Chief Digital Officer and be a key member of our Digital Management Team. You will play a critical role in driving the organization’s growth and success by collaborating with the CDO and DMT to develop and execute strategic initiatives, managing project staffing and partners, overseeing the hiring process, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating key meetings. You will also be responsible for managing communication and relationships with external stakeholders, conducting research and analysis on industry trends, and providing general administrative support to the DMT as needed.

To succeed in this role, you must be a highly motivated and results-driven individual with strong project management skills, experience managing project staffing and external partners, experience overseeing the hiring process and managing HR compliance, excellent communication skills, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization and demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects. What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with CDO and DMT to develop and execute strategic initiatives
  • Lead cross-functional projects, including planning, implementation, and monitoring
  • Manage project staffing and partners, including identifying staffing needs, recruiting, and managing relationships with external partners
  • Oversee the hiring process for the DMT and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate DMT meetings and provide support in preparing presentations, materials, and reports
  • Manage communication and relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities
  • Support the CDO in developing and executing on their priorities
  • Provide general administrative support to the DMT as needed

Minimum experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, or related field preferred
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing project staffing and external partners
  • Experience overseeing the hiring process and managing HR compliance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues and develop effective solutions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
