We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth in these exciting domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to position the company as a leader in cloud, digital, and robotics solutions.
- Lead the creation of innovative marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate demand for our products and services.
Brand Management:
- Establish and manage a strong brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity.
- Oversee the development of compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, videos, and blogs, to engage target audiences.
Marketing Strategy:
- Collaborate with product management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Create and manage product positioning, messaging, and differentiation to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers and partners.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, social media, and online advertising, to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Utilize data analytics and marketing automation tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
Corporate Communication:
- Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to enhance the company’s reputation and stakeholder engagement.
- Craft clear, concise, and persuasive communication materials for internal and external audiences.
Sales Enablement:
- Partner with the sales team to provide them with the necessary tools, collateral, and training to effectively sell our solutions.
- Develop and manage a robust lead generation process to support sales growth.
Team Leadership:
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the marketing team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Partnerships and Alliances:
- Identify and build strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company’s reach and enhance its market position.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build relationships and promote our brand.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on marketing spend and performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the technology sector, specifically in cloud, digital, and/or robotics.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and experience in lead generation and demand generation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
