We are looking for a new IT Operations Manager to join our team in Riyadh!
CNTXT is a cloud-native technology company. We have no traditional server infrastructure and utilize state-of-the-art software-as-a-Service solutions to ensure collaboration across the company employees.
Taking on the IT Operations Management role is an excellent chance for you looking to become a manager and still want to be hands-on. As the team lead, you will coordinate the team’s workflow while performing a set of similar or more complex duties yourself.
What you'll do
- To lead the team operating internal IT support in CNTXT and deliver CNTXT’s service desk and onsite support.
- Be a key stakeholder and driver for improved efficiency in IT operations, driving initiatives to increase automation.
- Help the organization with the governance of our 10+ SaaS applications.
- Establish and maintain financial reporting for IT costs through continuous spend analyses and contract management.
- Manage day-to-day contact with IT support vendors.
- Create sound policies and principles for efficient operations, balancing cost and performance.
- Manage our ticket system, CMDB inventories, device management system, and task flows most efficiently.
- Ensure good distribution of tasks and necessary dispatching to meet our internal SLAs.
- Introduce automation to reduce workloads and increase end-user request resolution speed.
Your experience
- 4+ years’ experience in IT Operations and Service Desk operations.
- Should have experience with parts of our workbench: Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, ClickUp, Google Identity Platform, Terraform.
- Experience with managing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
- Team leadership experience is necessary.
- People Management experience is a plus.
- Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) Certification is a plus.
- Experience with ITIL processes is a plus
