What we’re looking for

We are searching for a dynamic IT Training Manager who will design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance the performance and productivity of our people. You will take the lead on training fresh hires and customer teams, using cutting-edge methods tailored for specific audiences. A skilled evaluator, you’ll review and assess current training schedules to identify gaps and areas that require further attention.

How you’ll impact

You will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous learning at CNTXT. Your role will involve marketing our training opportunities to employees and customers, showcasing their benefits to encourage participation. You’ll keep everyone informed about upcoming training and track their progress diligently. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll recommend training materials and methods, manage our in-house training equipment and facilities, and oversee the training budget.

What you’ll do

  • Design and implement training schedules for all company departments, track outcomes, and compile detailed reports.
  • Deliver training to new hires on company policies and procedures using the most effective methods for the given purpose or audience.
  • Gather and evaluate feedback from employees and management on past training to identify weaknesses and areas requiring additional training.
  • Promote company training opportunities to employees and customers, providing detailed information on benefits to stimulate participation.
  • Keep employees and customers informed on scheduled training and diligently track their progress.
  • Recommend and order training materials and methods, maintain in-house training equipment and facilities, and manage the training budget.

 

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on training management experience.
  • A solid technical IT background.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • The ability to lead, manage and engage with customers.
  • Experience with either marketing/campaigns development, training organizations or developing training content.
