User Experience Designer (UXD)

Scope of work

User Experience Designer is responsible for being the advocate of the user needs in the process of designing software solutions for customers. They are expected to deliver user interface designs that are based on user-centered design principles, making sure that the end solution is usable, effective and efficient at solving problems for the end-user. lead parts of customer facing digital transformation projects with their knowledge of facilitating workshops and using design-thinking to solve complex problems. Training and imparting knowledge to both customers and teammates on these best practices is a core responsibility for the UXD. Working cross-functionally, business stakeholders, and understand needs from the product management, engineering, and build solutions that fit those needs.

Principal Duties

  • Crafting world-class user experience to help our partners operate smoothly
  • Designing wireframes, mockups and high-fidelity user interfaces for software solutions
  • Participate and facilitate workshops with customers on design-thinking, use-case exploration, agile practices and other similar digital transformation related work,
  • Conduct research activities to understand user needs. Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and other UX deliverables.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and until it’s ready for our partners to try it

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g., interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 years overall experience, and 3+ years hands-on experience as a UX Designer
  • Depth knowledge of at least one in Vision design’ tools : Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
  • Preferred Google UX Design Professional Certificate, NN/g UX Certification and Career Foundry Certified UX Designer.
