Job Summary
At CNTXT, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to oversee the development and implementation of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) strategy.
This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations adhere to laws, regulations, and industry
standards, safeguarding our reputation and stability.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Governance, Risk and Compliance strategy and methodology to meet CNTXT’s interests and objectives.
- Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential risks and Vulnerabilities.
- Developing and implementing Risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Ensuring that the organization’s Governance policies are in line with best practices.
- Developing and implementing compliance training programs for employees.
- Conducting compliance audits to ensure that the organization adheres to relevant regulations and standards.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Maintain the CNTXT risk register and develop controls and contingency plans to mitigate and reduce the impact on CNTXT’s reputation and stability.
- Oversee the activation of the business continuity management program and disaster recovery plans.
- Monitor local, regional, and global regulations and best practices and provide relevant information to the internal departments to ensure implementation and compliance.
- Propose processes & procedures that contribute to the reduction of any violations.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of authority matrices, policies, and programs that build an environment of trust, transparency, accountability, and business integrity to support CNTXT in achieving its objectives and continuously improving its reputation locally and regionally.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, finance or a related field.
- More than five years of experience in corporate GRC.
- Relevant certifications such as International Certified Corporate Governance Officer (ICCGO), Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), International Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management
