Job Summary

CNTXT is seeking a highly motivated and visionary Business Development Manager to steer our efforts in expanding the reach of our Robotics Team. The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing CNTXT as a leader in the field of industrial robotics and software solutions in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a dynamic individual with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in business development, sales, and partnerships within the robotics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Identify, develop, and execute strategies to expand the market presence of CNTXT Robotics in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on industrial sectors.
  • Partnership Development: Maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including global robotics manufacturers, industrial companies, government agencies, and technology partners, to drive adoption of our robotic solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Lead the sales efforts for CNTXT Robotics, including identifying and engaging potential customers, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competition, providing valuable insights to shape the development and marketing of our robotics products and software solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the engineering and software teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software solutions, delivering a comprehensive robotics package to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the features and capabilities of the robotic hardware and software in the CNTXT portfolio to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and working to tailor our offerings accordingly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with 3 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on IoT, robotics, automation, or inspection technologies.
  • Deep understanding of the industrial robotics market, including knowledge of competitors and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industrial software solutions is a plus.
