Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Sales Manager with 10+ years of experience in technology sales leadership, specifically within the cloud computing industry (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS). This role involves leading and motivating a specialized sales team to aggressively drive cloud service revenue, managing a complex sales pipeline, and formulating strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the cloud landscape and be adept at value-selling methodologies to achieve challenging revenue and consumption targets.
Principal Duties
The Cloud Sales Manager’s principal duties include:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize cloud revenue and market share.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Cloud Account Managers.
- Performance Accountability: Monitor sales performance against key metrics (ARR, consumption, services, pipeline health) and report progress to senior management.
- Key Account Engagement: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic clients and channel partners.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align technical offerings with market demand.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology,
or a related technical field.
Work Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in sales management, with a successful track
record of achieving sales targets, specifically in Cloud Computing Services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and
Professional & Managed Services) or complex IT infrastructure sales.
Certification/License: Cloud Related Certificates and license.
Language Skills :Arabic & English skills
