What we’re looking for

We’re on the hunt for a trailblazing Cloud Engagement Manager to reinforce our commitment to customer success. You’ll be the client’s north star – guiding them through technical and business decisions, leveraging best practices, and swiftly identifying and bridging any project gaps.

How you’ll impact

In this role, you’ll work at the vanguard of CNTXT’s digital transformation projects, driving end-to-end delivery of projects to customers within scope, schedule, budget and quality parameters. Your expertise will drive innovation across all industries and foster superior customer experiences.

What you’ll do

  • Be the go-to lead for customers through enterprise-level IT projects, from initiation through delivery.
  • Coordinate with other CNTXT teams and departments to provide access to product, service and training portfolios.
  • Guide clients toward appropriate and effective services to help accelerate their time to value.
  • Materially shape the project to get the optimum outcome for all stakeholders.
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction within the managed project and its related schedules and deliverables.
  • Establish trusted advisor status with customers and actively manage executive-level relationships within those organizations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote long-term customer relationships and customer retention.
  • Show off your juggling skills by managing multiple projects successfully.

 

What you’ll bring

  • MBA or Masters in Computer Science; Bachelor’s Degree (any relevant discipline)
  • PMP-ACP Certification or Scrum Master Certification.
  • Google Cloud Digital Leader Certification.
  • 5+ years of experience working in an IT professional services or consulting organization supporting Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries.
  • 5+ years of hands-on project management experience managing and delivering enterprise-level IT projects.
  • 5+ years of program management/engagement management experience leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects.
  • Minimum leadership experience managing technical projects consisting of 8 or more people totaling over a $1,000,000 budget.
  • Track record of managing engagements using both Waterfall and Agile/Iterative methodologies.
  • Experience of leading Agile teams as a ScrumMaster using the Scrum methodology.
  • Managing a cloud migration engagement (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with a demonstrable understanding of the value proposition of the public cloud.
  • Experience in presenting to C-level executives and technical subject matter experts.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage multiple and concurrent projects successfully.
