About the Role

The Senior Customer Engineer is an expert-level pre-sales technical role responsible for leading CNTXT’s most complex and strategic customer engagements, driving significant revenue growth, and serving as a technical authority in their specialized domain. This role combines advanced technical expertise with executive-level communication skills and strategic thinking to position CNTXT as the Exclusive KSA Google Cloud Reseller, designing transformational cloud strategies that deliver measurable business value.

Principal Duties

  • Lead technical strategy and execution for CNTXT’s largest, most complex pre-sales engagements with enterprise and strategic government customers
  • Own technical relationships for strategic accounts, developing long-term expansion roadmaps and whitespace identification strategies
  • Design comprehensive, multi-product cloud transformation architectures aligned with customer business objectives and technical requirements
  • Lead competitive, high-stakes deals requiring advanced technical differentiation, risk mitigation, and executive positioning
  • Mentor and develop Customer Engineers across levels, providing technical guidance, pre-sales coaching, and career development support.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical field required.
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree strongly preferred.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of enterprise pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated history of leading large-scale, complex cloud transformation engagements.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with C-level executives and senior IT leadership.
  • Experience mentoring and developing technical team members.

Certification/License

Required: Minimum of three professional-level GCP certifications including Professional Cloud
Architect (mandatory) plus certifications relevant to specialization track.
Certifications must be current and renewed per Google Cloud requirements.

Language Skills

Fluent in English (executive-level technical and business communication).
Arabic proficiency required for strategic engagement with KSA/MENA region executives and
government stakeholders.
