About the position

CNTXT is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with technical expertise to support CNTXT’s clients in their Google Cloud Platform (GCP) adoption journey. The Cloud Infrastructure Engineer’s primary responsibility is to oversee and implement GCP products and services, enabling clients to achieve their business goals.

What you'll do

• Proficient knowledge of at least one cloud platform(Google Cloud, Azure, OCI, AWS) preferred Google Cloud.
• Intermediate in at least one programming language(Go, Python, JavaScript, etc. )
• Expertise in operating systems
• Experience with DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Google Cloud Build, Google Cloud Deploy, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, ansible, Cloudformation)
• Coding and scripting skills for automation
• Understanding of configuration management tools (ansible, chef, puppet, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Your experience

(5 years of experience and above)

• Experience with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate, and key management
• Experience with data center operations and infrastructure migration with VMware or similar systems
• Experience in automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, and continuous integration/delivery
• Experience in managing external partners/customers
• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies like Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
• Experience working in Agile SCRUM framework
