Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated FSI Account Manager (Banking , Payment & Infrastructure…etc) with more than 5 years of experience to manage and grow our banking sector client accounts. The ideal candidate should have exceptional relationship-building skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a proven ability to drive account growth and retention. As  an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying  upselling  opportunities,  ensuring  customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned banking client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their business needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans, outlining strategies for growth and retention specific to the banking sector.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing banking accounts, collaborating with sales and product teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products or services to banking clients.
  • Proactively engage with banking clients, address their concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including presales, marketing, delivery and customer support, to align efforts and provide a seamless experience for banking clients.
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities that may impact banking client accounts.
  • Achieve revenue targets from assigned banking accounts.



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales.
  • Proven experience in account management, with a track record of managing and growing client accounts in the FSI & banking sector.
  • Cloud sales experience is a must.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address banking client needs effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
  • Customer-focused mindset, with the ability to proactively engage with banking clients and deliver exceptional service.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends that impact the banking sector.
