Meet Our Leadership Team
Abdullah Jarwan
Abdullah is on a mission to position CNTXT as the leading force in cloud and digital transformation in Saudi Arabia and MENA. He brings a rich, two-decade career at Saudi Aramco to the role, during which time he established Aramco’s private cloud and IT infrastructure and led the negotiations with Cognite and Google Cloud to establish CNTXT.
A recognised technology leader in roles spanning cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, cloud and applications development, Abdullah brings his innovation knowledge to shape our clients’ digital transformation journeys. Tech-enabled growth is at the heart of his thinking. His personal mission is to catalyse a more technologically advanced and sustainable future for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Ibrahim Alomari
Ibrahim is a seasoned enterprise solutions leader with a special focus on user experience and best-in-class technologies. During his 20-year career at Saudi Aramco, he spearheaded enterprise business solutions development, managed DevOps and digital transformation initiatives to enhance enterprise mobile applications, and was integral to the company-wide adoption of RPA, Artificial Intelligence and AR/VR.
As Chief Cloud Officer, Ibrahim is responsible for developing a high-performance team that will support customers on their cloud journey. With his keen eye for technology and expert people leadership, Ibrahim drives CNTXT’s mission of leading cloud and digital transformation in the MENA region.
Ibrahim Bindokhi
Ibrahim is a seasoned finance leader with almost 20 years of experience across diverse industries. Known for his strategic thinking and financial expertise, he is dedicated to maximizing organizational value and empowering finance teams to deliver exceptional results.As CNTXT’s CFO, Ibrahim shapes the company’s financial strategy, focusing on planning, budgeting, control, and risk management. He is committed to driving business growth, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.Prior to CNTXT, Ibrahim held senior roles at organizations such as Saudi Research & Media Group, STC, and Bank Al Jazira, where he led impactful financial initiatives, optimized costs, and built high-performing teams. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and certifications in Finance and Investments. Known for his problem-solving skills and results-driven approach.
Giedre Malinauskaite
A visionary thinker and a seasoned marketing professional, Giedre is the driving force behind CNTXT’s corporate vision and strategic planning. She has a proven track record of establishing dynamic partner ecosystems, and her expertise has been instrumental in managing CNTXT’s strategic direction.
Prior to joining CNTXT, Giedre was the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Cognite, elevating the technology brand into one of the most recognised in Europe. She has served in a number of industry organisations, including the Society of Petroleum Engineers. In 2019, Giedre was named among the Top 100 management talents under 35 in Norway by business publication E24.
Ra’afat Sindi
Ra’afat Sindi is an accomplished business & commercial executive, leading CNTXT sales and marketing organization as a Chief Revenue Officer. His experience of nearly 30 years spans various leadership roles from international and regional companies like Schneider Electric, GE and FlyNas, where he built and was succesfully leading local and international sales teams and commercial operations. Raafat’s unique experience from industrial and b2b technology sectors makes him uniquely positioned to drive CNTXT commercial success across the portfolio of cloud, industrial software and robotics products.
Hathal Al-Bahli
Hathal Al-Bahli is a highly accomplished HR executive with over two decades of progressive and results-driven experience within the energy industry. Specializing in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits, Al-Bahli has a proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives. His extensive career includes leadership roles at Saudi Aramco, where he designed strategic Total Rewards programs and performance management systems, as well as significant contributions at Mukamalah Aviation Company and Aramco Rowan Offshore Drilling, focusing on establishing HR operations, leading system implementations, and building robust talent acquisition and compensation frameworks. Al-Bahli holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in HRM, demonstrating a strong academic foundation complementing his practical expertise.
Nouf Almuqrin
Nouf Almuqrin is the Chief Internal Auditor, with extensive experience in internal audit, governance, enterprise risk management, and business transformation. She has led large-scale /high Impact transformation and assurance projects at a national scales across government, and private sector organizations in Saudi Arabia, working closely with Boards, Audit Committees, and executive leadership to strengthen governance, enhance resilience, and drive strategic value.
Prior to joining the Company, Nouf held different roles with PwC Consulting, EY Assurance, and other leading global organizations. As Chief Internal Auditor, she leads the internal audit function, providing independent assurance and strategic advisory services to the Board and Management.
Nouf holds an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in London, and a graduate of Sorbonne University – Paris. She also holds several internationally recognized professional certifications in audit, finance, governance, and risk management.
Mohammed Alomar
Mohammed is on a mission to make CNTXT one of the most trusted and well-governed technology companies. He brings more than 14 years of leadership experience across governance, risk management, compliance, and cybersecurity, gained at some of the Kingdom’s leading organizations, including Aramco, STC, and SABIC.
At CNTXT, He leads the company’s Governance, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity functions, establishing frameworks and controls that enable a secure, resilient, and trusted operating environment to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives.
He led the achievement of internationally recognized certifications and accreditations for CNTXT, strengthen compliance with national regulatory requirements, and build a governance ecosystem that enables innovation and accelerates digital transformation.
Mohammad believes governance is not a barrier to innovation, but rather the foundation that fosters trust, resilience, and long-term sustainability—empowering organizations to build a more secure, agile, and prosperous digital future.
Omar Khan
Omar is a seasoned legal and business leader with extensive experience advising technology companies, digital infrastructure providers and multinational organisations on complex commercial, regulatory and strategic matters. Throughout his career, he has supported large-scale technology transformations, cloud adoption initiatives, artificial intelligence programmes and critical digital infrastructure projects, helping organisations navigate risk while enabling growth and innovation. His expertise spans corporate governance, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, data governance and strategic partnerships.
As General Counsel, Omar is responsible for leading CNTXT’s legal, governance and compliance functions, ensuring the company operates with strong legal foundations while supporting its ambitious growth objectives. Working closely with executive leadership, customers and strategic partners, he helps shape commercial strategy, manage enterprise risk and deliver practical solutions that accelerate business outcomes. With a strong focus on innovation, governance and operational excellence, Omar plays a key role in advancing CNTXT’s mission of driving digital transformation and cloud adoption across the Kingdom and the wider region.
